Macro’s volunteering programs bring the skills, experience, and commitment of our people to charitable organizations.
Each year, Macro’s employees contribute hours of their time to the social fabric of the communities and the sustainability of the environment in which we operate.
For every employee who donates 30+ hours of their personal time to an eligible nonprofit, we donate a $100 grant to that organization. We also provide employees with eight hours of paid time annually to help drive impact for the social good.
To augment the impact of employee giving, we match our employee’s charitable donations up to $100 per donation.
Each holiday season we conduct a drawing and contribute $1,000 to a charitable organization nominated by an employee.
